A 5-star motel known as Kempinski hotels in Gold coast, Accra, Ghana, bought a plate of ingesting garri at a price most Nigerians would recall as ridiculous.
The bowl of garri which has groundnuts, milk frozen into ice cubes, and sliced coconuts, used to be given funkier names and sold at a hundred forty five Ghana Cedis, which is about N8,000.
What's so distinctive about this garri?
They referred to as it “Cassava flakes, smoked nuts, sugar, ice cube milk, recent skimmed milk, water, shaved coconuts”
